AIVIQRA POS – Billing Module Description
The screenshot shows a POS (Point of Sale) billing system designed for retail stores, with integrated IMEI-based product identification and customer management.
Key features visible in the billing screen:
Store & cashier management: Displays the store location (Pune Main Store) and logged-in cashier (Admin).
Invoice management: Automatically generates a bill number such as INV-000125 and records the billing date and time.
Customer management: Allows the cashier to select an existing customer and enter or manage their mobile number.
IMEI-based product lookup: The system allows the cashier to enter an IMEI number and search for the associated device.
Automatic product details: After entering the IMEI, the system displays details such as:
* Model
* Color
* RAM
* Storage

Billing cart: Shows the selected product, IMEI, quantity, price, discount, and final amount.
Payment management: Supports payment modes such as UPI and records:
* Total amount
* Paid amount
* Balance/Due amount
Invoice actions: Provides options to Save the transaction and Print the invoice.
In the example shown, a Samsung Galaxy A56 5G (8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage) is billed for ₹58,999, with the full amount paid through UPI and ₹0 balance due.
